My friend and i bought Nike Air Max’s 90 and 200 with 40% discount but i did not expected it to be shipped from
Singapore so the shipping and handling costed way too much like 500pesos (almost $10) and it arrived about almost a month. The package seems in good condition and pretty authentic from the box. My subpar experience is that it shipped from another country so the delivery really really takes time to get to my country.

I received someone else’s order.
Contacted Nike’s support, sent them proof in the form of pics of the package and its contents.
They told me that to get a refund I have to do a return, and only after their confirmation I will get it.
I reluctantly agreed.
Their carrier did not show up on the scheduled date.
I was a returning customer (this was my 9th order), they should have refunded me first and then handle the return at their own pace, but Nike did not take responsibility for sending me the wrong items.

Nike is a household name, and for good reason. I’m glad they keep up the quality for most of their shoes and work great for me when I play basketball or work out. Their prices can sometimes be a bit high, but you always want to shop for high-quality shoes, especially when you’re being active. Their pricey clothes on the other hand aren’t always worth it for me.

The shoes came with the tag size 10. 5 and they dont fit. Noway they are 10. 5. Maybe they made them to run smaller, that is on NIKE. I have bought nike shoes for more than 20 years and never had this issue. I called nike over the phone at *******453 and had a terrible customer service experienced and hanged up the call. Maybe I need to try adidas or underarmour next time…
Ordered shoes got confirmation of delivery date. According to them shoes were delivered early was not home the day they said they delivered them so I never received them. First and last time I will ever use them again. Never got shoes or my money back. They were gifts for my daughter and son and law. Very disappointed.

I recently purchased the Nike Air Force 1s in white and the shipping was within the quoted 14 business days.
The packaging could have been better since the box seemed to have received a few hits in the corners but it’s nothing I care too much about as long as the actual items are okay.
The website and checking out process was easy and quick since I have an account. I also like the fact that with, you’re able to return/exchange the items in store if needed.
The shoes themselves, came in perfect condition. No scratches, marks, or dents. Squeaky clean white and true to size. Overall, 10/10.
Unable to make purchases from other countries and its almost impossible to find big size in Nike Japan. And Nike app can’t be set to search by your size. So you might need to spend the day on looking at all items and at the end their is no big size! That’s suck! If you’re wearing big size and plan to live in Japan for longer make sure you bring thousands of fittings shoes before you makes your trip!

I love these shoes! They are very trendy and can be worn with any color scheme. I am a size 9 1/2. This shoe is also very durable and breathable. Perfect for the summer! I have had these shoes for over a year and have not noticed any distress. My only complaint is that the shoe runs a bit large. But overall, amazing quality!
In need of sneakers or other sportswear without a doubt I go here! Why? Because Nike is always stylish, comfortable and of high quality! I absolutely love Nike designs! Their logo is very minimal which I love, and doesn’t take up too much attention on the design of their clothes. Their shoes are so comfortable and durable – mine has lasted for years, and still feels like I’m walking on a cloud. I would 100% recommend purchasing from Nike!

I ordered a pair of shoes on July 12th. They were supposed to arrive no later than July 26th. It is now July 29th and the shoes have not even shipped yet. I ordered them for a specific event and had to end up getting a different pair from another store. I have called Nike and chatted with customer service at least 10 times to try to cancel this order. They keep saying that they cannot cancel it and that I will have to wait until the shoes arrive and send them back for a refund. They refuse to put a supervisor on the phone. This has been the worst customer service ever. I will never shop with them again!
First off I live in Canada, why the heck is my order always shipping from the Netherlands? It adds significant delays as well as too many touches from couriers.
Reason why I state too many couriers touched my parcel is because upon receipt it was opened on both sides of the bag and my order was tampered with. All that was holding my order was one piece of tape down the middle. Now I have to fight to get reimbursed. Either you switch up your courier or you ship out discreetly without any logos on the packaging. 2nd time this has happened in the past several months. Cant say my experience online with them is satisfactory anymore. Your 20% coupon on my next order doesn’t resolve a big problem you have with your shipping.
I orderded a baseball glove which we received the wrong one, due to a mistake with the web photo. Nike made my son think we can get him a glove we could not afford. They refused to make a price match and the mistake is still on the website today. I am very upset and disappointed in a company that we have used for years. The customer service rep send me an email specifically telling me not to writer anymore and if I did, they would not answer. I am not asking for anything that any other company would not do, as it is the decent thing to do. I feel that since they are such a big company, and our kids just want to wear the product that big athletes are sponsored by, they can do what ever they want, and losing 1 customer is not big deal. They don’t feel like they need to satisfy a customer.
I ordered 10 items from Nike. Received two completely unrelated items. Contacted customer service to resolve the matter. I had used a discount code to purchase the items. Initially offered a refund and told to return the incorrect items. Only offered a price match for the items following multiple phone calls and extremely evasive and dismissive customer service response. When I attempted to get the price match it was not honoured. I had been a returning customer but never again. Just wanted people to proceed with caution given how Nike responds to their own mistakes.

The worst customer service
I placed my order on 28th August. Two weeks later the carrier confirmed in writing that they had misplaced the parcel. No possibility to contact Nike through email, but when I called their Hotline (in India? ) they said they were not interested in the email received from the carrier. Nike would have to make their own investigations and I would be contacted within 5 to 7 business days. 16 days later still no word from Nike. I have to call them again only to be told my parcel is missing (surprise! ) and that they would send me an email regarding the refund. They could not resend the order as the items were out of stock. Nike’s customer service customer service is the worst. I am still not confident that I will receive the refund, but I cross my fingers.

If I could give them 0 stars I would I just had to cancel my Nike by you order that I ordered 3 or 4 months ago because they didn’t come on the date they was suppose to I called they customer service and they gave me another date I waited til that date and nothing I called that date and they said another date so I finally decided to cancel it and the person said that the refund should take up to 3 or 4 days it’s been a week and still haven’t seen my refund nor have I gotten a email talking bout my refund. Customer service is AWFUL! They haven’t processed my order, constant lies by every customer service rep I spoke to. Have spoken to over 14 different people. This company is getting worse by the day. Had to send back 3 pairs and now I’m going to have to send back 2 of the replacement pairs due to poor quality. Like a seven year old has made them. Stay away from the furyosa trainer too. The tongue frays like they are made from some cheap ass material. Them replacements have got to go back because of the same problem. Your an embarrassment to the suppliers you supply too because most my pairs are brought from them!!!! Waste of time and money

I’m having the worst customer service…
I’m having the worst customer service experience with Nike Spain. On Aug 20 I returned and requested a change of size of a pair of sneaker I had bought online. The new pair never arrived. I contacted numerous times customer services and each time I was told the warehouse was going to send the sneaker that week. Nothing arrived. After 6 weeks I was told by a customer service agent that it was better if I cancelled the order as the warehouse was never going to send the new pair. So I cancelled the order expecting the refund of that 97 euros I had already paid. 3 weeks later and the refund hasn’t arrived. I’ve already called 3 times customer service and each time I’m being told a different story. So it seems Nike has an issue with its order system and it appears there’s nothing pending to be refunded to me. So 9 weeks after I requested a change of size I have 97 euros less and no sneakers. Im hoping at some point this will be resolved but after this experience I’m not going to buy from Nike again.

Honestly awful customer service, how can a company so big f*** up with your order and not be able to sort it out? I’ll never use nike or nike SNKRS again, complete and utter shambles, awful customer service and just a joke to society. Ordered a pair of the nike x Billie Eillish AJKO and DPD messed up with my order and sent the shoes back to nike, now nike want to cancel and refund me but I’m escalating the case as I want the shoes. Utter mayhem, do not use Nike
Utter mayhem. I went through PayPal to pay for two pairs of trainers. All I have is a transaction ID, with no email from Nike. Not a trace that I was even on the site. Scrolling through these reviews, I find many bad and more worried that I’m finding reviews that don’t mention a transaction or the item bought (I thought I’d bought Nike SB Stefan Janoski Premium Canvas) They are actually unfortunately a snide company. Nike has probably the worst customer service I have ever seen. Two separate people both wasted my time and ended up hanging up on me when they didn’t know the answer to my question regarding an unauthorized payment.

I love Nike shoes, but this online purchases was awful Great Customer Service at first. but I discovered the only way to obtain the Return Label, was for ME to PRINT it! Ink is o expense. Few people have printers. My money was taken from the bank months ago. I need that for food. I called and it was then perhaps offshore employees, hardly comment with English to assist me. She was NOhelp and refused to allow me to speak with a Manager. The should have MAILED it, or make an exception and send it pre-paid. I have no car now and have pain that I can’t leave home most Nike!! Fix this now. I have no patience left. I was without food twice, for several time. Refund my money NOW and trust the shoes will get to you once you mail it.

After two calls and lots of lies and contradictions, the shorts still did not come despite being promised that they would overnight be a new pair.
