This page shows public proxy servers with IP addresses detected in Portugal. The list can be very short, so treat it as a quick testing page rather than a large pool to browse.
For more countries from the same region, open the Europe proxy table.
When a Portugal entry appears, check the city and ISP before using it. For example, Porto or Lisbon can appear in the table, and the ISP field shows which network the IP belongs to.
Then copy the IP address, port, and protocol exactly as shown. If the table lists an HTTP proxy, configure it as HTTP. Do not reuse SOCKS settings from another proxy unless this row is marked as SOCKS4 or SOCKS5.
On a short Portugal list, Last Checked is more useful than a long comparison of metrics. If the entry was checked recently, test it first. If it fails, wait for the next update or use the regional page to compare other European locations.
