The connection

How it works

Your app connects to a hosted proxy server. The destination sees an IP from an ISP-assigned range, and you can keep using that assigned exit IP.

STATIC ISP PROXIES Your app connects through a hosted proxy server to a website. The website sees the fixed ISP-assigned exit IP shown by the house badge. STATIC ISP PROXIES Hosted server. Home-network IP. Your app Hosted proxy server Home-network IP ISP-assigned address FIXED IP Same address on repeat connections Target website The website sees the ISP IP. The proxy server runs on hosted infrastructure.

Connect with your tools

Choose one of your assigned addresses for your task. The target sees that address as the outgoing IP.

Assigned IP list
Use an IP from your package each time your task needs the same address.
Network
The server is hosted in a datacenter; its outgoing address belongs to an ISP-assigned range.
Protocols
SOCKS5, HTTP, HTTPS (HTTP/2), and SOCKS4 are supported.
Authentication
Connect with a username and password or an authorized IP whitelist.
Traffic
Use your assigned IPs without a traffic allowance.
API access
Manage proxy workflows through the client API.
Usage statistics
Review traffic for the last 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or a custom period.

Your setup

Make the country mix yours

Choose ISP IPs in the available countries, then specify how many you need in each one. Keep a familiar IP for repeat connections.

Select countries and counts

Set a different IP count for each available country in one ISP order.

Change one address

Replace only the IPs you select; the others stay in place. Keep the same countries or choose available countries for the replacements.

Export for your tools

Search your IP list by address or country, then copy or download it as TXT or CSV. Connection examples and flexible line formats are in your dashboard.

Choose useful extras

UDP adds 50% to the proxy price. Five whitelist addresses are included; each extra address costs $1/month, and extra connections cost $0.03 each per month.

2-day paid test

Try the package you built

Choose your countries and IP counts, then select the two-day test in the configurator. Test your actual package for a fraction of its monthly price. If it fits, renew it with the same IPs and setup.

Address type

What makes an ISP IP different?

The outgoing address comes from an ISP range, while the proxy itself runs on hosted infrastructure. The network classification is the distinction that matters here.

Prefer a datacenter address?

Static Datacenter proxies also give you assigned IPs, with a datacenter address at the exit and a lower base rate per IP. Your tools can use either type with the same range of protocols.

Questions

ISP proxy FAQ

Read all questions →
Does an ISP proxy connect through a home router?

No. The proxy server runs on hosted infrastructure; its outgoing IP is assigned from an ISP range.

Do these IPs rotate automatically?

No. These are static IPs assigned to your package. If you want to change an individual IP, you can replace it.

How many simultaneous connections can I use?

Your limit depends on your IP count. These are the limits for the quantities shown:

Number of IPsMaximum simultaneous connections
100–9991,500
1,0003,000
3,0009,000
5,00010,000
10,00020,000
15,00015,000
25,00025,000
50,00050,000

Additional connections are available as an add-on.

Can I replace only one ISP IP?

Yes. Select the address you want to replace; the other IPs stay in place. You can keep its country or choose from available countries for its replacement.

Can I combine several countries in one ISP order?

Yes. Choose ISP IPs from the countries available in the configurator and set the quantity for each country. The combined quantity sets your price tier.

Can I select a specific city?

You can choose available countries in the configurator. The exact city of an assigned ISP IP cannot be selected or guaranteed.

Can I add Datacenter IPs to an ISP order?

Datacenter and ISP are purchased as separate orders. You can build one of each if you need both address types.
