Choosing a proxy
Understand the address and choose the right way to connect.
Which proxy type should I choose?
The difference is which IP the website sees and whether you need to keep it:
- Static Datacenter: a server in a datacenter uses fixed IPv4 addresses from a hosting network. You choose your assigned IPs and can reuse them for later connections. They suit fast, stable access and high traffic. You pay for the IPs; traffic is unlimited.
- Static ISP (Internet Service Provider): the proxy server runs on hosted infrastructure, while its outgoing IPs belong to internet provider ranges. These IPs have higher trust with many target websites than standard datacenter IPs, which makes them useful when IP reputation matters. You keep the same assigned addresses together with the speed and stability of hosted servers. You pay for the IPs; traffic is unlimited.
- Rotating Proxies: you buy access to a gateway connected to a pool of 100,000 exit IPs, with a selected number of requests for 30 days. The gateway chooses the outgoing IP; a sticky session can keep one IP temporarily. The pool currently uses Datacenter IPs. We are adding ISP IPs to it soon, so check the current pool types before purchasing. You do not receive a fixed list of the pool's IPs.
Do you offer mobile, LTE, 4G, or 5G proxies?
No. We do not offer mobile, LTE, 4G, or 5G proxies. If your task specifically requires an IP from a cellular network, our current proxies will not meet that requirement.
Countries and IP selection
Static access lets you choose countries; rotating access uses a multi-country pool.
Static Datacenter & ISP
Which countries can I choose for static proxies?
Static Datacenter and Static ISP have their own lists of available countries. Choose a country and an IP quantity for each location you need. The Locations page shows coverage by type; the configurator confirms current availability and quantity.
Can I select a specific city for static proxies?
No. For Static Datacenter and Static ISP, you can choose an available country, but not a city. IPs in a particular city cannot be guaranteed.
Can one static order include IPs from several countries?
Yes. Set a separate IP quantity for each available country in your Static Datacenter or Static ISP order. All IPs within that order use the same proxy type.
Can I combine Datacenter and ISP IPs in one order?
No. Build one Static Datacenter order and a separate Static ISP order if you need both.
Can I choose the exact number of static IPs I need?
A static order starts at 100 IPs in total. In a mixed-country order, a country can start at one IP when the whole order has at least 100. The configurator checks the quantity available for each country and proxy type.
Rotating Proxies
Can I select one country for Rotating Proxies?
No. The rotating pool contains exit IPs from many countries. There is no filter for a single country, so your requests use a mix of countries.
Pricing and payments
See what determines your total and how you can pay.
Do IPs cost more in some countries?
No. Within the same static proxy type and volume tier, the per-IP rate is the same across countries. Your total also depends on the number of IPs, billing period, and any options you select.
How is the price of static proxies calculated?
Add the IPs in your static order across all selected countries. The combined count determines the volume tier, and its per-IP rate applies to the entire order. Datacenter and ISP orders are priced separately. Compare the current rates.
How are Rotating Proxies priced?
Choose a request allowance for a 30-day period. You pay for access with that included number of requests, rather than for individual exit IPs or gigabytes of traffic. See request volumes and prices.
Does a longer billing term reduce the price?
Yes. A 3-month term saves 10%, 6 months saves 15%, and 12 months saves 20%. The configurator displays the final amount for the term you choose.
What can I add to a static order?
UDP is an optional add-on at 50% of the base proxy price. Five whitelist IPs are included; extra whitelist IPs cost $1 each per month. Additional concurrent connections cost $0.03 each per month. Review the full total in the configurator before purchase.
Which payment methods and currencies do you accept?
Prices and account balances are shown in US dollars (USD). You can add funds with cryptocurrency through Heleket, or with a bank card, Apple Pay, or WeChat Pay through Paddle. PayPal, Russian-issued bank cards, and Russia's Faster Payments System (SBP) are also available. When paying with crypto, choose a supported coin and network at checkout.
Connection and account tools
Protocols, authentication, limits, and the controls in your dashboard.
Which connection protocols are supported?
Static and Rotating Proxies support SOCKS5, HTTP, HTTPS (HTTP/2), and SOCKS4. Your service card shows the connection details for the service you bought.
How do I authenticate?
For static proxies, use your username and password or authorize your connection IP on a whitelist. Rotating Proxies use a username and password. The service card shows the details you need to connect.
How many simultaneous connections do static proxies allow?
The limit depends on the total number of IPs in the static order. The published reference values are below; for a quantity between the listed values, use the configurator's displayed limit. Additional connections are available as an add-on.
| IPs in the order | Connections |
|---|---|
| 100–999 | 1,500 |
| 1,000 | 3,000 |
| 3,000 | 9,000 |
| 5,000 | 10,000 |
| 10,000 | 20,000 |
| 15,000 | 15,000 |
| 25,000 | 25,000 |
| 50,000 | 50,000 |
Can I split the connection limit between my devices?
Yes. Multiple devices can use Static Datacenter or Static ISP proxies. If you connect through whitelisted client IPs, the dashboard lets you set a separate connection limit for each authorized IP. For example, you could divide a total of 1,500 simultaneous connections into 1,000 for one client IP and 500 for another. The allocations share the same overall limit; devices behind one public IP share that IP's allocation.
Is there an API?
Yes. API access is available for static and rotating services if you want to automate your proxy workflow. Open the service card in your client dashboard to find the connection host, authentication details, and the API access for that service.
Where can I find connection examples?
Open your service in the client dashboard. The connection section provides examples for cURL, Python, and Node.js using your actual connection settings.
Can I see what my proxies have been doing?
Yes. The dashboard has usage statistics for the last 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or a custom period. For Rotating Proxies, you can also review recent requests and see which sites they reached.
Can I export my static IP list?
Yes. Search or copy individual IPs, copy the full list, or download it as TXT or CSV. The export builder also lets you choose a line format for your tools.
Static IPs
Keep a familiar address and replace only what you need.
Do static IPs change between requests?
No. An IP stays assigned to your static order while it remains there, so later connections can use the same address. You can replace an individual IP when you need a new one.
Is traffic unlimited on static proxies?
Yes. Static access includes unlimited traffic. You pay based on the number of IPs and selected options, rather than the gigabytes transferred.
Can I replace just one IP if it is blocked or unsuitable?
Yes. Select that IP for replacement in your client dashboard. The other IPs in the order stay in place. You can keep the country or choose from other countries available for the replacement.
Can I refresh my entire static IP list?
Yes. For Static Datacenter and Static ISP, you can refresh the full list once every seven days for free. If you want to refresh it before the next free date, it costs $10 per refresh. The dashboard shows when your next free refresh is available. To change just one IP, use individual IP replacement instead.
Rotation and sticky sessions
One gateway, a pool of exit IPs, and control over session length.
How do Rotating Proxies work?
Enter the gateway host and credentials from your service card into your app. Your app sends a request to the gateway, which forwards it through an exit IP to the target website and returns the response. The target sees that exit IP. The pool currently uses Datacenter exits; ISP exits are being added. Use a sticky session when related requests need to keep the same address; your dashboard shows request activity and usage.
Does the exit IP change on every request?
A new request can use another IP from the pool, but a different address is not guaranteed on every request. For a sequence that must keep one exit IP, use a sticky session. A default session lasts until its timer expires; named sessions stay active as long as they keep receiving requests within their 10-minute inactivity window.
What is the difference between default and named sticky sessions?
A default session keeps one exit IP for the account until its timer expires. Its default lifetime is 15 minutes; you can change it in the dashboard, down to 30 seconds. A named session gets a separate IP for its name and has a fixed 10-minute inactivity timer. Each request resets that timer, so sending a request at least once every 10 minutes keeps the named session active.
Can I use several sticky IPs at once?
Yes. Use different names for separate named sessions. Each gets its own exit IP, and the default session can remain active alongside them.
Why did my sticky IP change while I was sending requests?
Requests do not extend the default session timer, so the next request after expiry receives a new IP. Each request in a named session resets its 10-minute inactivity timer. A named session can receive a new IP after it has been idle long enough to expire.
Can I change my exit IP immediately?
Yes. Use Rotate exit in your client dashboard to assign a new outgoing IP and reset the session timer.
Will I keep the same sticky IP when I switch gateways?
No. Entry servers manage sessions separately. A connection through another gateway can use a different exit IP.
Which gateway address should I use?
Use the entry host and connection details shown on your service card in the client dashboard. The address in the product diagram is only an example.
Trial, renewal, and refunds
Test the static setup you intend to use, then decide whether to continue.
Is the two-day test free?
No. It is a paid two-day test. Choose your static proxy setup first; the configurator shows its two-day price before you confirm. How the test works.
Can I test Rotating Proxies for two days?
The two-day test is for Static Datacenter and Static ISP access. Rotating Proxies are sold with a request allowance for a 30-day period.
Can I test the exact IP count, countries, and options I want?
Yes. Choose your Datacenter or ISP type, IP count, available countries, and options for the setup you actually plan to use, then select the two-day paid test.
Will I keep the same IPs if I continue after the test?
Yes. Renew the setup you tested to keep the same IP addresses and settings.
Can I get a refund after purchase?
Yes. If you bought full proxy access, you can request a refund within the first 24 hours after purchase, no questions asked. We return the money using the same payment method you used to pay. The two-day paid test is separate and is not covered by this 24-hour refund. Contact support through your account.
