If you need another country from the same region, open the Europe proxy list and compare available European entries.
When Norway proxies appear, start with Last Checked and Uptime. On a short or empty country list, these two columns matter more than sorting by speed. A recently tested proxy is usually the first entry worth trying.
After that, confirm the protocol and port. Add HTTP entries as HTTP, and use SOCKS settings only when the table shows SOCKS4 or SOCKS5. If the proxy type in your tool does not match the table, the connection will usually fail.
If no Norway entry works, return after the next update or use the regional Europe page to find another European IP.
