For Spain, city and ISP are useful when more than one entry is available. A Madrid proxy and a Zaragoza proxy may belong to different networks, and the ISP column helps you see that difference before testing.
Check the protocol before copying the entry into your browser, app, proxy checker, or script. If the table shows HTTP, configure it as HTTP. Do not use SOCKS settings unless the table shows SOCKS4 or SOCKS5.
