These Terms explain how ProxyCompass services work and what you can expect when you buy or use them. Please read them alongside the product details shown before you confirm an order.

01

Agreement and eligibility

These Terms govern your use of the ProxyCompass website, Client Area, and paid proxy services (together, the “Services”). By creating an account, placing an order, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. If you act for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms for it.

02

Service and orders

We offer static Datacenter, static ISP, and Rotating proxy services. Your order summary in the Client Area shows the selected service, quantity or request allowance, locations where applicable, term, optional features, and total price before payment.

Availability and configuration can vary by product. A public example or illustration does not reserve a specific IP address, subnet, or country inventory. If we cannot provide the order as confirmed, we will contact you about the available options or a refund for the unprovided service.

03

Account security

Keep your login details and proxy credentials secure. Use authorized client IP addresses where whitelist access is enabled, and promptly tell us through the Client Area if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account to the extent permitted by applicable law.

04

Responsible use

You must use the Services lawfully and respect the rights of others. In particular, do not use them to:

  • send spam or unsolicited bulk messages;
  • run brute-force attacks, credential stuffing, unauthorized scans, or attempts to gain access without permission;
  • distribute malware, commit fraud, impersonate others, or harass people;
  • direct DDoS or other denial-of-service traffic, interfere with networks, overload systems, or bypass our technical restrictions;
  • collect or disclose personal information unlawfully; or
  • resell or redistribute the Services without our written agreement.

You are responsible for checking whether your intended use complies with the law and the rules of the sites and systems you access.

05

Abuse reports and complaint handling

If a third party reports brute-force activity, DDoS traffic, attempted intrusion, or similar abuse associated with your proxy service, we will review the complaint and contact you. You must promptly stop the reported activity and take reasonable steps to prevent it from recurring.

We will invoice a $50 complaint-handling fee for investigating each complaint concerning activity attributable to your service. If you believe a complaint was linked to your service in error, you can dispute it through a support ticket. Paying the fee does not permit the reported activity to continue.

We may temporarily restrict the affected service while addressing a security or abuse risk. If abusive activity continues after notice, we may end the service and decline to provide further service, subject to applicable law.

06

Prices, payment, and package term

The price, duration, and paid options for your package are displayed in the Client Area before you confirm and pay. The amount shown in the final order summary is the amount due for that order. Service access begins after payment and activation.

You choose whether to renew a package manually or enable automatic renewal in the Client Area. If you enable it, renewal charges are made according to the settings you authorize. You can turn automatic renewal off there and renew manually instead. With automatic renewal off, no renewal charge is made automatically.

Prices and availability for future orders may change; a change does not alter an already paid term unless you agree to modify it or the law allows it.

07

Paid two-day test

A paid two-day test is available for eligible static Datacenter and static ISP configurations. The configuration and test price are shown before purchase. Rotating packages do not have this two-day test.

The paid two-day test fee is non-refundable after purchase and is excluded from our voluntary 24-hour refund promise for standard packages, except where applicable law gives you a right that cannot be waived.

When the test ends, you can choose whether to continue with the same configuration as a regular package. The test does not convert into a full package or trigger its charge without your choice. If you do not continue, the test ends.

08

Refunds and cancellation

If your first purchase with us is a standard proxy package, you can request cancellation and a full refund within 24 hours after payment. This voluntary offer is available once per customer. It does not apply to renewals or later purchases. Open a support ticket in the Client Area within that period and tell us that you no longer want the service and would like a refund. You do not need to give a reason. We refund the full amount paid for that first order, including any optional features bought with it. The paid two-day test is excluded as explained above.

We normally process the refund within 24 hours. We will send it to the original payment method where possible; the payment provider may take longer to show the returned funds. If the original method cannot receive a refund, we will contact you to arrange another method. Access to the refunded service will end. This policy does not remove any rights you have under applicable law.

09

Service conditions

We work to keep the Services available and to resolve reported issues. Performance can depend on network routes, your software, and third-party websites. We do not promise that a particular destination will accept a proxy IP or that a proxy will achieve a specific result for your task.

Any specific service commitment must be read together with the details and conditions stated for that commitment. Nothing in this section removes a right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded.

10

Suspension and termination

We may restrict or suspend an affected service when reasonably needed to investigate abuse, protect our network or others, comply with law, or address a serious breach of these Terms. If abusive activity continues after notice, we may terminate the service and decline further service. Where practical, we will explain the reason and how to contact us.

Ending service does not remove charges already due or any refund rights that apply under these Terms or the law.

11

Privacy and website content

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. The website, documentation, and service materials are owned by ProxyCompass or its licensors. You may use them to access the Services, but may not reproduce or redistribute them commercially without permission, except where the law allows it.

12

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The current version and its effective date will be posted here. Where a change materially affects an active service, we will provide notice as required by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms removes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
