This page shows public proxy servers with IP addresses detected in Ukraine. The list may include SOCKS entries more often than some other country pages, so the protocol column is especially important.

Before using a Ukraine proxy, check whether it is HTTP, SOCKS4, or SOCKS5. These proxy types are not interchangeable. A SOCKS4 entry must be added as SOCKS4, not as HTTP.
After protocol, compare city, ISP, Last Checked, and Uptime. If several Ukrainian entries are visible, testing the freshest ones first is usually more useful than sorting by speed. Public proxies can stop responding between scans, so try a few recent entries before assuming the country list is unusable.
