What is Philippines free proxy list?
This list is made from public proxy sources and cleaned by an automatic checker. Entries that fail the latest test are removed from the current table, while active servers stay visible with their test data.
When working Philippine proxies are found, they may appear from Manila, Quezon City, Cebu City, Davao City, or other local areas. For more countries in the same region, you can also open the Asia free proxy list.
The current Philippines proxy list can be downloaded as JSON, TXT, or CSV. Use TXT for a plain IP:port list, CSV for sorting and filtering, or JSON for scripts and custom tools. Public proxies are shared and often short-lived, so test several entries before using one.
