This page shows public proxy servers with IP addresses detected in Russia. The Russian list can be much larger than many other country pages, so filtering by city, ISP, protocol, and recent status is better than testing random rows.

Start with protocol and anonymity. The table may include HTTP, SOCKS4, and SOCKS5 entries, and each type must be configured correctly in your browser, proxy checker, app, or script. After that, compare city and ISP to avoid testing several similar entries from the same network.
For a large Russia list, Last Checked and Uptime are more useful than speed alone. A recent entry with stable uptime is usually a better first test than an older entry with a high speed value. If one proxy fails, try another recent entry from a different city or ISP before switching countries.
