The connection

How it works

Your app reaches the gateway, which chooses an exit IP from the pool and forwards traffic to the target site.

Connect with your tools

Choose the connection type that works with your software. The target site sees the selected exit IP.

Protocols: Connect via SOCKS5, HTTP, HTTPS (HTTP/2), or SOCKS4. For DPI bypass, use our HTTP/2 endpoint on port 993.
Authentication: Connect with a username and password.
Sticky sessions: Keep one exit IP for a sequence of requests, with a default or a named session.
Rotate on demand: Change your exit IP in the dashboard when you need a fresh address.
API access: Available for automated workflows.
Usage statistics: See how many requests you sent and which sites they reached. Review recent activity or a longer time range.

Session control

Keep an IP while you need it

Use a sticky session when several actions must come from the same exit IP. The two modes give you different ways to manage that continuity.

Default session

Keep one exit IP until the timer expires. Set its lifetime in the dashboard; the default is 15 minutes. Requests do not extend the timer. The next request after expiry gets a new IP.

Named sessions

Give each session a name to use a separate exit IP. Each request renews its 10-minute timer; an inactive session expires and can start again with a new IP.

Can I use several sticky IPs at the same time?

Yes. Give each named session its own name to get a separate exit IP. Your default session can remain active alongside them.

Why did my IP change while I was still making requests?

Requests do not extend the default session timer. Once its set lifetime ends, the next request gets a new IP. Named sessions renew their timer while in use.

Can I switch to another exit IP immediately?

Yes. Use Rotate exit on the service card to assign a new exit IP and restart the session timer.

Will my sticky IP follow me to another gateway?

No. Entry servers manage their sessions separately. Connecting through another server may give you a different exit IP.

Which gateway address should I use?

Use the entry host in your service card. It also shows the HTTPS host and your connection details.
