This page shows public proxy servers with IP addresses detected in Poland. The Polish table can include entries from several cities at the same time, so it is worth filtering before copying the first row.
For other countries nearby, use the European proxy list.
Start with the city and ISP columns. Poland may show proxies from Sokółka, Wroclaw, Krakow, Olsztyn, Warsaw, Częstochowa, Rembertów, and other locations. If several entries repeat the same IP range or provider, the ISP column helps you avoid testing almost identical options.
The protocol column is also important here because the list may contain HTTP, SOCKS4, and SOCKS5 entries. Copy the IP address and port from the same row, then select the matching proxy type in your browser, app, proxy checker, or script.
Use Last Checked and Uptime before Speed. Some Polish entries may show high speed but weak uptime, while another row with modest speed can be a better first test if it was checked recently. If one proxy fails, try another current entry from a different city or ISP.
