This page is a regional table for public proxies detected in Europe. If you want to compare Europe with other regions, start from the Worldwide free proxy table. Stay on this page when you need a European IP and want to choose by country, city, network, protocol, and recent check status.
Europe has many nearby countries, so the country field matters more than just “Europe” as a broad location. A proxy from Germany, France, Poland, the Netherlands, Spain, or the United Kingdom may give a different result on websites that change content, access, language, or availability by country.
If you need a country-only table, use one of the dedicated pages below.
Western and Central Europe: Austria, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Switzerland, United Kingdom.
Northern Europe and the Baltics: Estonia, Finland, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Sweden.
Southern Europe and the Balkans: Cyprus, Greece, Italy, Portugal, Serbia, Spain.
Eastern Europe: Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Russia, Slovakia, Ukraine.
When choosing from the Europe table, start with the country and city, then check the ISP. This helps separate proxies from different networks inside the same country. After that, check the protocol and port before copying the proxy into your browser, app, proxy checker, or script.
For European proxies, a low latency value can be useful, but it should not be the only filter. Recent check time and uptime are usually better signs that an entry is worth testing first. Public proxies can change quickly, so test a few recent entries from the country you need before assuming the location has no working options.
